Anyone may test and study this software during a test period of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to use the VentaFax ® Home version, you MUST register. Should you detect errors before registration, you accept them if you register. Any bug reports will be accepted, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct errors.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the VentaFax ® Home version on one computer (i.e. a single CPU) at a time. The registered VentaFax ® Home version may not be rented, leased, or granted to any other person or company.

The VentaFax ® Home version unregistered (trial) version (and ONLY this version) may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the VentaFax ® Home version without written permission from the copyright holder.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
